Death By Chocolate

Over 60 teens attended the Death By Chocolate program. We tasted chocolate, we decorated chocolate and we ate lots and lots of chocolate. The chocolate tastings included 80% dark chocolate from Uganda, 43% Milk Chocolate from Ecuador, White Chocolate, Intense Orange Dark Chocolate, White Coconut and a unique candy bar called Firecracker that contained chipotle and popping candy. While everyone was pleasantly surprised by the unusual flavor of the Firecracker bar, the Milk Chocolate bar produced the highest ratings. Comments like “very sweet”, “creamy” and “original” were use to describe its flavor.

The winner of the Death By Chocolate tasting is Milk Chocolate Bar from Ecuador!

We will be hosting our next teen event on March 12th. Check back for more details…
